The quantum threat has a deadline

Hong Kong's banks are being told to get post-quantum ready — and most are starting from near zero. ADS carries ACD, the discovery layer that shows you exactly where you stand, before the regulators ask.

Our product

ACD Crypto Discovery

A post-quantum readiness scanner for the harvest-now, decrypt-later era. It finds every quantum-vulnerable algorithm across your estate, maps each one to its NIST replacement, and produces the gap analysis and QPI-style score the HKMA's PACT framework asks for.

Deterministic inventory

Evidence-first discovery of every RSA, ECDSA and Diffie-Hellman surface — no LLM guessing, no false positives.

PACT gap analysis

Maps your findings across all 23 PACT workstreams and shows the gaps the HKMA framework will ask about.

QPI-style score

A 0–10 readiness score across awareness, planning, pilots and practical preparedness — board-ready.

Why now

The HKMA has set the clock

In November 2026 the HKMA and HKUST published PACT — the PQC Accountability and Controlled Transition framework — four pillars and 23 workstreams that banks will be measured against. The very first step is a cryptographic inventory, and the HKMA calls it the longest-lead-time item. That inventory is exactly what ACD produces.

See your estate through a post-quantum lens

Harvest-now, decrypt-later means the data you encrypt today can be stolen and broken tomorrow. NIST deprecates today's algorithms by 2030 and disallows them after 2035. Know your exposure before that clock runs down.
